The project <br /> consists of 230,000 square foot warehouse expansion. The next step in the process is for <br /> the District to quantify emissions from the project and to calculate applicable off-site fees, if <br /> any. During processing your application, the District may request additional information to <br /> clarify, correct or otherwise supplement the information on file. We will begin processing <br /> your AIA application as soon as possible. <br /> Please pay close attention to the following important information: <br /> • This letter is not an AIA approval. Upon completion of the District's AIA analysis <br /> and determination of applicable offsite fees, the District will issue an AIA approval <br /> letter. <br /> • Generating emissions, such as starting ground disturbance for construction, before <br /> receiving an approved AIA and paying the required Off-site Fees, if any, is a <br /> violation of District regulations and is subject to enforcement action. <br /> For your convenience, a document is enclosed which addresses frequently asked <br /> questions regarding Indirect Source Review (ISR).
