Find below the <br /> comments from our Land Development Engineer. <br /> 1. The area labeled as undeveloped is de-facto developed into a trailer parking lot. Safeway should formalize the <br /> use and mitigate any impacts, if any. <br /> 2. Since this application will construct a new building expansion, was it studied,via a traffic study, if the new <br /> building expansion would trigger any traffic mitigation. <br /> 3. The application is building 32 new auto parking stalls but removing much more auto parking and trailer parking <br /> by the building expansion. Since there is a reduction in auto parking, please ensure that TM-3.14, pg. 3.2-17 of <br /> the County's General Plan is followed with a new developer supplied amenities or in-lieu payments to public <br /> transit agencies, including the City of Tracy's transit division, as appropriate.
