I noticed that I didn't answer a couple of your questions. We cleaned
up that small oil spill that was on the shop floor with shop rags that are provided by UniFirst laundry service. They pick
up and deliver clean rags every Wednesday.
The parts washer fluid doesn't have to be changed. We just add new fluid when it gets low. Let me know if this is okay or
if I need to redo my return to compliance sheet. Thank you, Burt Gardner Cabral Chrysler.
From: Gaitan, Jason <jgaitan@sjgov.org>
Sent: Thursday, March 12, 2020 9:06 AM
To: Burt Gardner <bgardner@cabraljeep.com>
Cc: Ryan Cohoon <rcohoon@ca braljeep.com>
Subject: RE: Information from Cabral Jeep Chrysler
Hi Burt,
I have reviewed your return to compliance and closed violations 114, 115, 403, and 605.
I also have attached the return to compliance certification, please sign and return a copy to EHD.
The following violations remain open:
Violation 301: How were the oil spills cleaned up and how were the materials used to clean up the oil spills managed?
Violation 714: Please provide a picture of the universal waste label, I need to be able to read the label.
Additional questions:
-Parts washer waste is taken as oily solid waste.
