Ensure that emergency <br /> shut off switch works. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:A clearly labeled emergency shut off switch for both the spa recirculation and jet/aeration systems shall be <br /> installed adjacent to the spa pool.(CBC 31388) <br /> #29 Recirculation System Operation <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The recirculation system for the spa was off upon arrival. The spa recirculation system shall run when <br /> pool is open plus 2 hours before and after opening and closing of pool. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Recirculation system shall be in operation whenever the pool is available for use and additional times as <br /> needed to maintain clear pool water.(CCR 65525) <br /> #37 Electrical Hazards <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Could not turn pool lights on to test GFI breaker.
