In addition, a select number of Sierra Chemical Co. employees are trained to act as <br />emergency responders in the event of a major spill or release of a hazardous material or hazardous <br />waste. Any Sierra Chemical Co. employee signing uniform hazardous waste manifests during hazardous <br />waste pick-ups will be trained in DOT Training for Signing a Hazardous Waste Manifest, Per the <br />requirements of 49 CFR, those signing the hazardous waste manifests are required to complete this <br />training, at least, every three (3) years.
