The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for PROFLEET TRUCK LUBE (LUBEZONE INC) as of June 24, 2021. <br />Open violations from January 08, 2020 inspection <br />continuing training that will be given to each person filling a poson listed under paragraphsection; <br />(4) employee -signed or -certified records that document that the training required under subsections (a), (b), and (c) <br />of this section has been given to, and completed by, each employee. <br />(e) The owner or operator shall maintain training records on current personnel until closure of the facility and training <br />records on former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br />Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide proof that all employees who work with hazardous waste have been <br />properly trained in compliance with the time frames and training materials required by this section. In addition, <br />provide a written description showing the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training that is <br />required for employees. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #403 -Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br />hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATIOt�t The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed outside: <br />-Two black 55 gallon steel drums containing paper oil filters (full) were missing rings to secure the lid. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br />storageI except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br />when not adding or removing waste.
