S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ALL STAR HEAVY HAUL&TOW 1 17830 S IDEAL PKWY, MANTECA October 03, 2019 <br /> the EHD for such operation immediately. <br /> One sample of oily residue and earthen material was taken around the storm drain inlet in the front north west <br /> corner of the facility yard in general vicinity of the on-site truck washing area by inspector at the time of <br /> inspection.
