The Business Activities and Owner/Operator Identification pages have <br /> not been were not submitted for 2019, 2020, and 2021. The Business Activities and Owner/Operator Identification <br /> pages have not been since July 25, 2018. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that <br /> the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United <br /> States Code. An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements. The annual business plan shall be <br /> submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and submit/certify the <br /> current information. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not accurate. Meghann Broderick does not <br /> work for this facility and is not the secondary emergency contact <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calep;a.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous materials inventory has not been annually certified/submitted as a part of the <br /> business plan. The hazardous materials inventory was not submitted for 2019, 2020, and 2021.
