UST Tank Information forms for the tanks are not current in CERS. The forms incorrectly state there is a vent sump. The diesel and red dye diesel tank forms incorrectly state the tanks have vapor recovery piping. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The 87 monitoring plan incorrectly states the leak detector is a FE Petro. The leak detector on site was a VMI. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 106 CCR 2632(d)(2), 2634(e) Failed to have an approved UST response plan. The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The response plan submitted to CERS was outdated and on the 2003 version of the form. The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any time. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. -The October and November 2018 designated operator inspection reports were not signed by the owner/operator. This section is required to be completed by the site owner or operator. -The October and November reports left testing information for tank integrity testing and line integrity testing and the question regarding UDC sensor location blank. During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that visual inspection reports include all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation.
