The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be <br /> retained at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2021 permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 203 CCR 2712(b)(1-2)Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. <br /> -2020 Monitoring System Certification results <br /> -2019 Monitoring System Certification results <br /> -2018 Monitoring System Certification results <br /> -9/12/2018 Overfill Prevention Equipment results <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance <br /> records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs <br /> of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the <br /> last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 307 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION:Water was found in the diesel main STP sump,diesel siphon STP sump, diesel siphon fill sump, <br /> UDC#2 (1 satellite/2), UDC#3(2 satellite/3), UDC#3(3 satellite/4). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately 2 gallons of liquid from the diesel main STP <br /> sump, diesel siphon STP sump, diesel siphon fill sump, UDC#2 (1 satellite/2), UDC#3(2 satellite/3), UDC#3(3 <br /> satellite/4)sump and returned the sensor to its proper location.
