I told hr that we haven't gotten to it yet and asked if <br />the situation was still on going MN said yes and stated that there is drug <br />dealing going on at the front of the property. I asked if she thinks that it is a safety <br />issue and she believes so. I told her about the Community Service Team and that <br />I would see if I could get the complaint put on it. <br />04/01/2021 Visited the fQperty with the Community Service Team and spoke with the owner SUSZYCKI <br />e gave us permission to go into the backyard were there <br />were two people living in a large tent. Other then the tent and the trash <br />immediately around it the property was in good order. I did not see or smell any <br />indication of improper sewage disposal, but there were a large amount of cats in <br />the tent. According tris was probably why the complainant thought that <br />people were urinating in the back yard.nalso stated that the people in the back <br />have a lot of visitors. <br />The deputies explained tallithat if he needed the people removed from the <br />property that they would help him. Jose from Code Enforcement stated that he <br />was going to talk to Marcel about possible enforcement and see about having <br />Dennis from Behavioral Health come out. <br />I did not see any EHD violations during the visit. There was a shed in the back but <br />it was unoccupied and just used for storage. <br />04/01/2021 Called the complainant and left a message explaining my findings. SUSZYCKI <br />05/03/2021 Returned a call from the complainant asking for an update. Left a message stating SUSZYCKI <br />what I found and that if they are still camping in the back Code Enforcement may <br />be able to do something about it. <br />05/19/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were observed. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />5105.rpt <br />Page 1 of 1
