White Toyota Corolla (license plate 4VZC086) parked on the south side of the street across <br />from 1608 Bonaire Circle was observed with a damaged rear bumper and sand located behind the rear passenger tire. <br />Leak appeared to be coming from the muffler/exhaust pipe of vehicle. Vehicle was not actively leaking at the time of <br />arrival. No storm drains or water ways were impacted by release.
