Emerito came in; confirmed he is the property owner at 7804, WONG <br />where the well is actually located, not 8018 which belongs to Albert (Emerito's <br />nephew). Emerito said he was still using the well and it's not abandoned; I <br />countered by showing him the photo that it is abandoned by definition. Explained <br />he has 3 choices: 1) destroy well by permit, 2) bring it back to service and pull a <br />pump permit so we can verify, or 3) an out of service permit for maximum of 5 <br />years, but he still needs to make sure it is properly sealed. Emerito said he needs <br />to talk over with his brothers who co own the property. Explained to him if I have <br />to work on it more time is billable at $152/hour. <br />12/23/2019 Wolfe 7804. Updated Envision and informed Acct: LB will update Acct receivable WONG <br />information (not on CO) and resend bill after Dec. Called Albert and let thim know <br />he can ignore the bill as we are resending it to his uncle Emeritos. <br />01/07/2021 Wolfe 7804. Billable time. Reviewed and Updated Envision, no permits obtained. WONG <br />Attempted to call Emeritsu or his nephew Albert but no answer. Spoke to Michael <br />Kith. Received recipt of cert NAI. WONG <br />04/05/2021 Wolfe 7804. Spoke to a very upset Emerito Revives, who insisted on not wanting WONG <br />to destroy the well as he wants to use it in the future, and complained about the <br />previous invoice he had paid but EHD still hasn't done anything to seal his well. <br />Told him the previous invoice does not cover <br />04/06/2021 Wolfe 7804. Emerito Revives came in. Provided him the permit application for <br /> WONG <br />Out of Service, section of Well Standards on requirement of Out of Service, and <br />commented on history of my billing or non-billing over this complaint.
