VILLAGE OAKS PARK <br />Scale: 1"=40' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />1. Remove existing concrete f loors in bathroom areas. <br />2. Replace existing door on North wall with 2610 window. <br />Patch and repaint wall below window. <br />3. Install new plumbing as required. <br />4. Reinforce existing walls as necessary and install FRP <br />(Fiberboard reinforced panels) on all interior walls from <br />floor to ceiling. <br />5. Install new conforming water closets (1.6 gallons per <br />flush) in locations shown. <br />6. Pr'^vidF' solid barking for arab bars and install bars as <br />shown. <br />7. Install new concrete floor. Coordinate this with installation <br />of coved tile (3/8" min. radius) at base of interior walls <br />to provide a smooth and tight joint at floor level. Slope <br />floors to existing, floor drains with slopes not to exceed <br />1/4" per foot. Seal floors with concrete Sealant. <br />8. Rebuild front wall with new doors and windows where <br />shown. Exterior surface to be 1/2" T1-11 siding, painted <br />to match existing with one coat primer and one finish coat. <br />q. Install new doors with self-closing ADA approved hardware. <br />Nen's bathroomis to have privacy lock. <br />10, install conforming signs on both doors and adjacent to <br />doors as shown in detail below. <br />11. Reinforce walls as necessary to install new urinal and <br />lavatories. <br />12. Construct counters with 3/4" plywood top and front. <br />Leave front open to 29" min. above the floor. Top and <br />front surfaces are to be plastic laminate (i.e. Formica), <br />Self -edged with G" backsplash. <br />13, Install new fluorescent light fixture in ceiling of each bath- <br />room. Provide occupancy -sensor switches by doors. <br />14. Install pre -manufactured bathroom partitions and doors, <br />spaced as shown, with partition tops not more than 6 feet <br />above the floor. <br />15.
