Our Critical Operations <br />The following is a prioritized list of our critical operations, staff and procedures we <br />need to recover from a disaster: <br />Operation: Service Department/Parts Department <br />Staff in Charge: Service Manager / Service Supervisor(s), Parts Manager / Parts <br />Supervisor(s). <br />Action Plan: <br />In the Event of Fire or Explosion or Earthquake - initiate evacuation of immediate area, <br />notify Emergency Resources (911), notify Emergency Response Team (Emergency <br />Coordinator(s), Management and facility departments to initiate further evacuation of <br />facility (see evacuation plan) and facility shut down procedures as applicable. <br />Spill/Release General: In the event of a hazardous material or hazardous waste <br />spill/release — initiate evacuation provisions as described in the Event of Fire or <br />Explosion or Earthquake; initiate containment procedures by consult/review of the SDS <br />for cleanup options, required PPE and process options. Identify possible storm drain <br />accesses and cover, divert or berm to mitigate access of material(s). <br />Remove potential sources of ignition i.e. automobile/cigarette/torch use etc... <br />In the event of Small Spills/Release or Incidental Spills: Utilize spill kits, absorbent, Pigs <br />or pads or appropriate material(s) to contain and clean up the spill. Material(s) that <br />utilized from any clean up shall be processed into appropriate labeled containers for <br />proper disposal procedures. <br />In the event of a Large_Spill/Release: Utilize spill kits, absorbent, Pigs, pads or <br />appropriate material(s) to contain. Initiate communications internal/external. Create <br />reclamation/clean_up_plan.-_--__ <br />Notify: - - - <br />San Joaquin Environmental Health Division 209-468-3420. <br />Additional contacts: Listed in the Consolidated Emergency Response and Contingency <br />Plan, located in the Hazardous Materials Binder (Service Department) and Red Book in <br />the employee breakroom. <br />VIII.
