All violations must be corrected within spedfted timeframe. Violations that are classified as 'MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediatey or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Keep closed signed is missing. A sign shall be posted on the exterior side of gates and doors leading <br />into the pool enclosure area stating, 'KEEP GATE CLOSED" or 'KEEP DOOR CLOSED'. Provide within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 31208) <br />#7 Pout Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: A damaged coping observed near 3' depth marker on the East side of the pool. Repair / replace within <br />one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the mar of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 31148) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are crack/damages/chip/holes observed at the bottom of pools. Repair or patch these damages <br />before May, 2021. <br />One care taker valve is missing on the floor of the pool. Replace and replace immediately. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency.
