They said driving from lodi it AFONSKAIA <br />would be right after turning right on Bruella. They said that they did not have the <br />property owners contact info. Said that it smelled in the morning when they went to <br />the post office. Let them know that I would get in touch with them after I did a field <br />inspection. <br />Printed out parcel viewer and permit plus info. <br />Drafted RV letter but after speaking with Mike, he said that it was better to just do <br />a field inspection first. <br />04/12/2021 Inspection with Aldara S. Did not observe surfacing sewage. Sewage port was <br /> AFONSKAIA <br />capped. Spoke with RV owner. They said that they dispose of their liquid waste at <br />Flag City. No violations observed. <br />04/12/2021 Completed OIR and photo log. AFONSKAIA <br />04/13/2021 Called complainant, no answer. Left message about finding from inspection AFONSKAIA <br />yesterday. <br />Complainant called back and said that they dump their sewage onto the street <br />about once a week and that the RV had been there over 3 months. Complainant <br />said that they called the sheriffs before the the sheriffs said that the RV was on the <br />private property and not the street. I let the complainant know that based on Parcel <br />viewer the fence appeared to the property line so from that the RV is considered to <br />by on the county right of way. I let complainant know that at most EHD would be <br />able to do is to give them a NOA to stop dumping sewage and to clean it up. We <br />do not have the authority to make them move elsewhere. If complainant wanted to <br />take further action they would have to contact code enforcement or the sheriffs. <br />Complainant said that they had pictures. I gave them number and email so that <br />they could send them to me. <br />06/16/2021 Did not receive any pictures from complainant and RV did not appear to be there AFONSKAIA <br />when driving by the location.
