The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CONTI MATERIAL SVC LLC as of September07 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from June 08, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site . <br /> OBSERVATION: One 750 gallon tank of diesel exhaust fluid , one 275 gallon waste oil tank , and one 275 gallon <br /> waste antifreeze tote were found on site that have not been reported to CERS . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility' s business plan . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) at <br /> http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory , and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION The site map is incomplete . The site map does not show/address the following required elements : <br /> 1 . Loading areas . <br /> 2 . Internal roads . <br /> 3 . Access and exit points (structure) . <br /> 4 . Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control ) . <br /> 5 . Emergency shutoff (diesel ) . <br /> 6 . The locations/actual locations of compressed oxygen , acetylene , waste oil , new oil , ZEP cleaner and truck <br /> wash , transmission fluid , argon /carbon dioxide mixture , sulfuric acid , antifreeze , waste antifreeze , potassium <br /> hydroxide , diesel exhaust fluid , and sodium hyphochlorite . <br /> 7 . A legend to define codes/abbreviations used on the map has not been provided ( FE , FEE , SCE , LTS , 00 , 2 , 51 <br /> 61 STMD , SEWD) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Asite map shall contain a north orientation , loading areas , internal roads , adjacent <br /> streets , storm and sewer drains , access and exit points , emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas , hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas , and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as " NA" . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at <br /> http : //cers. calepa . ca . gov/, upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
