However,your letter dated September 7, <br /> 2021,was received in our office one month late on October 7, 2021. It must have been lost in the mail <br /> for a few weeks. <br /> All of our online submissions are marked in the CERS system as being submitted by Lorne Truscott. <br /> Unfortunately, Mr.Truscott was only retired from us for one year and then sadly he passed away <br /> suddenly. While he was still with us, my name was added as an authorized user on November 16, 2017. <br /> We do not know how to make the system recognize me as the submitting party because I use Mr. <br /> Truscott's old workstation. <br /> Enclosed for your review is the Return to Compliance Certification with supplemental documents <br /> supporting our corrections. We believe that all corrections were included in our September 21, 2021, <br /> submission. We have fine-tooth combed our documentation and have verified that all requested <br /> information has been included.
