Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the <br />sender and know the content is safe. <br /> <br />Hi Linda, <br /> <br />Please find the attached 3 return to compliance documents with corresponding photos, documents and proof of <br />corrections for each item listed in each return to compliance pdf file. <br /> <br />We also uploaded the updated emergency contingency plan, training plan and updated Financial <br />responsibility documents and resubmitted in CERS. <br /> <br />We also made note of Item #208 and have provided additional back office training to ensure that they work with <br />our DO in the event of any future errors on the DO report, but we are unsure of what is needed to correct this <br />violation beyond that (since guidance on this was very vague). Please let me know if there is any additional that <br />we need to perform on our end to rectify this. <br /> <br />Additionally, we recently rebranded from Chevron over to a Valero and still have the facility name listed as <br />"Chevron 352324". Is there any way to have this changed to reflect our new DBA "Valero"? I tried to make the <br />change myself, but that field appears to be locked in the facility information tab of CERS.
