Good Morning Debbie, <br />I've reviewed the revised SPCC Plan and your return to compliance documents. I was able to close the <br />following as of 7/27/2021 based on the SPCC Plan and/or statements in the return to compliance: 603, 604, <br />609, 714, 715 <br />The following are still open and here is what is needed to close them: <br />#203 - Please submit a copy of the most recent monthly inspection to show proof that they are being <br />conducted and not being left blank. <br />#601 — Please see attached document. I went through and added some page number corrections and <br />additions to the Cross Reference Section. Please revise the cross reference section with these updated <br />numbers. <br />#618 — I can close these after we receive copies of: <br />- November 2019 daily inspection log <br />- June 2018 — May 2018 monthly inspections signed by the manager <br />- March 2019 — May 2019, July 2019 — August 2019, October 2019 monthly inspections <br />#619 — In addition to your HAZWOPER training, please provide proof of training for employees. Page 24 in <br />your SPCC Plan states that monthly briefings are oral and written. Page 30 of the SPCC Plan states that <br />annual training is conducted and a form is provided on Appendix E of the SPCC Plan. Please provide a copy of <br />the most recent written proof of monthly and annual briefing training. <br />#718 - The drums found right outside of the auto shop door were on a spill pallet that was not observed to hold <br />55 -gallons or more. Are these now on a spill pallet that will hold 55 -gallons or more? <br />#4010 — I can close this after we receive your signed copy. <br />Also attached is the list of free CUPA classes. The next SPCC Plan classes are: <br />- August 10 <br />
