The project includes the parking and storage of two (2) <br /> trucks and twenty (20) sets of grape trailers on the 5-acre property for periods between <br /> harvests. At the start of harvest season, the grape trailers are removed from the property <br /> and once harvest season is over they are returned to be stored on the property. No <br /> structures will be utilized for the farm service. The farm service would operate <br /> concurrently with the previously approved Agricultural Truck Parking accessory use <br /> which permits the parking of two (2) trucks and four (4)trailers on the property; located <br /> on the north side of East State Route 4, 1,335 feet east of South Gillis Road, Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNER: Alejandro & Juanita Garcia APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 6701 E. A copy <br /> of the permit shall be submitted to Public Works for the file. <br /> 2) Prior to issuance of the building permit, the driveway approach in the Caltrans right-of-way shall <br /> be improved in accordance with Caltrans requirements. <br /> 3) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
