The site map <br /> does not contain all required elements. The following are missing from the site map: <br /> -loading areas <br /> -internal roads <br /> -all access/exit points(including driveways) <br /> -all storm drains: a storm drain was observed north of the fuel island <br /> -all fire extinguishers:fire extinguishers were observed in the storage room, behind the counter, and near the west <br /> entrance <br /> -the gasoline and diesel storage areas(underground storage tanks)are not accurate <br /> -the site map inaccurately indicates that there is carbon dioxide (CO2)located behind the counter. CO2 was not <br /> observed at this location. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that <br /> the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United <br /> States Code.An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements.The annual business plan shall be <br /> submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review/update and <br /> submit/certify the current information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER)procedures have not been submitted for 2021 and was submitted <br /> late for 2019. The emergency response plan is lacking/inadequate.
