All hot hold are turned of during my inspection as <br />breakfast is already served. <br />All stations have sanitizer buckets with QUAT 300ppm. <br />High temp dish washer is supplied with thermo labels strips. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
