The EHD has reviewed the <br /> application package and found that it meets the requirements described in Title 27 CCR §21570. <br /> The EHD accepted the Application for the Permit Revision and the revised Joint Technical <br /> Document on March 13, 2009. <br /> The Application for Solid Waste Facility Permit form, the new, proposed JTD and the public <br /> notice are enclosed.
