Before the Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California <br /> B-07- 330 <br /> MOTION. Ornellas/Ruhstaller/5 <br /> BOARD ORDER APPROVING ENDORSEMENT OF SOLID WASTE <br /> GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS hereby endorses the Department of Public Works, <br /> Solid Waste Division recommendations for a Good Neighbor Policy to expand the areas covered <br /> in the current bi-weekly roadside clean-up of litter to additional thoroughfares near County <br /> owned facilities (Exhibit"A"); and, <br /> FURTHER allowing residents in impacted areas near the County Solid Waste facilities <br /> to bring items illegally dumped on properties adjacent to the roadway segments indicated on <br /> Exhibit "B", to the landfill free of charge. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above order was passed and adopted on 3/20107 <br /> by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> Vogel, Ruhstaller, Ornellas, Gutierrez, Mow <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> LOIS M.
