Receipt of waste: 7:00 a.m.—5p.m.—my <br /> • Use of heavy equipment to dispose and cover received refuse from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. <br /> • Operations conducted in the hours of darkness require lighting as approved by the LEA. <br /> • Heavy equipment operation outside normal hours of operation is allowed only in emergency and incidental occurrences <br /> not in connection with any routine site operations. <br /> • The Environmental Health Department must be notified 24 hours in advance of all non routine operations outside the <br /> normal operating hours. <br />
