The footnote on the Findings of Significant Environmental Impacts, (the page right after the Statement of Overriding Consideration) in the EIR states, The projected year of 2046 to reach capacity is based on the revised requested height maximum of 320 vertical feet above MSL. The original requested height of 420 feet above MSL would have extended the time-to-capacity until 2048. Table 2 in the JTD shows the closure date to be 2048 with a requested maximum height of 320 vertical feet above MSL. We need the projected closure date to match in both of the documents (Table 2 of the JTD and the Statement of Overriding Considerations). The estimated closure date found on table two, according to the Statement of Overriding Considerations should be 2046, not 2048, as indicated. I wanted to make sure that the Statement of Overriding Considerations dated December 5, 2006, is the newest version of the document and you confirmed that it is the case.
