The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance provisions as required by Linden Peters Fire District. <br /> 6. The Notice of Determination for this permit shall be subject to all applicable mitigation measures which identified in the land use <br /> conditions of approval#UP-89-2 as adopted by the San Joaquin County Planning Department.This complies with Sections 21108 <br /> and/or 21152 of the Public Resources Code. The Mitigated Negative Declaration(SCH#92082082)was adopted by San Joaquin <br /> County on October 31, 1992. The Final EIR(SCH#2006062 1 1 3)was adopted by San Joaquin County on December 5,2006. <br /> 15. Prohibitions: <br /> The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> a.
