As a <br /> WASTE: <br /> A1ANA ...T result of these discussions and workshops,the Board directed staff to initiate the formal <br /> BOARD <br /> rulemaking process amending the postclosure maintenance,corrective action and <br /> financial assurance demonstration requirements by sending notice to all interested parties <br /> of the proposed amendments to the regulations. This rulemaking effort was partitioned <br /> into two phases,as directed by the Board. February 25,2008,Phase I of the regulatory <br /> package was approved by the Office of Administrative Law and consequently became <br /> effective that day.
