My Thanks to Mr. Driller for his fine work. <br />Your letter asks that a revised report be submitted by August 12, 2009. As we discussed, I regret <br />that we are unable to complete the revised evaluation by that time. However, we will proceed as <br />quickly as possible to conform to this deadline as closely as possible. I will ask for a meeting <br />between Mr. Driller and senior Shaw engineers to review the revised calculations as soon as they <br />are ready to expedite finalizing the report. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at 468-8504. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
