AC Title 27 CCR 20680 - Daily Cover - Exposed waste observed next to the tarp used the day before at <br />winter pad built on the southwest corner of Module 1. <br />a. Coverall waste. <br />2. AC Title 27 CCR 20800 - Dust control - Dusty conditions observed at access road at time of inspection. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control. <br />3. Use additional -bin -if needed -to. -store waste -tires, <br />-Notes:- -- — ------- <br />A. No ponding observed on top of module 4 (Previous AC cleared). <br />B. No litter observed along the south side of Transfer Station (Previous AC cleared). <br />C. Facility is continuing cell construction in southwest area of module 4. <br />D. Facility is in the process of building a second winter pad at -module -4. <br />E. San Joaquin County Public Works are planning to repair tipping floor at the Transfer Station at the end of <br />October 2007. During this time all public will be transferred to the second winter pad. EHD requested that <br />a winterization plan including- location,' -site map, and time -fines for -construction -of winter -pad -be <br />submitted.Also EHD requested,to, submit-an,operation- plan -including -site security, load checking,. <br />signs, personnel health and safety, traffic control , supervision, daily cover, and time lines for review and <br />approval. <br />F. Recycling bins from the green waste area has -been -moved to the northeast of landfill to prevent illegal- <br />dumping. <br />llegaldumping. <br />G. Measured two perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -1=0% (all three probes), SG - <br />10 -0% (all three probes). <br />H Records maintained and up to date, <br />1.
