Violation Title 27 CCR 20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control - Erosion channels were observed on the <br />west side of module 4 and at the south slope of module 3. Exposure of waste observed at the south <br />slope of module 3. According to the operator erosion channels will be covered with plastic until dry <br />weather allows to repair them. <br />a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />b. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />2. Violation Title 27 CCR 20830 - Litter Control - Observed large amount of litter blown off site along the <br />west side of the landfill and at the modules 3 -an -d --41.-- <br />a. <br />and4. <br />a. Remove litter. <br />b. Provide adequate measure -to -control litter -from -being-blown -off site. <br />-- <br />3. AC Title 27 CCR 20650 - Grading of Fill Surface - Ponding was observed on the top of second winter <br />pad and on the bottom of module 4. Continuation of AC from last month. <br />a. Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />b. Gra& shall be established to sufficient slopes to account for future settlement of the fill surface. <br />4. AC Title 27 CCR 20690 - Alternate Daily Cover - Exposed solid waste observed atmultiplelocations at <br />the edge of tarps. Continuation of AC from last month. <br />a. Ensure all waste is completely covered daily. -- -- - - - <br />b. Take measures to maintain tarps in good repair and adequately_use them as_ADC._ _ <br />5. AC Title 27 CCR 20870 - Hazardous Wastes - Observed leaking oil from refri11 geration unit at the Transfer <br />Station building. No containment or absorbent being used until pointed by LEA <br />a.
