No exposure of waste was observed. Most of <br />the erosion channels observed last month have been repaired but some are still present. Continuation of <br />an AC from last month. <br />a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure._ <br />b. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />2. AC Title 27 CCR 20830-- Litter Control - Observed large amount of litter at the northwest corner of the <br />landfill and on the top of module 4. Eight new litter control fences were installed at the active face to <br />prevent litter from being blown off site. No litter observed off site the property. <br />a.. Remove litter, <br />b. Provide adequate measure to control litter from being blown off site. <br />3. AC Title 27 CCR 20650 - Grading of Fill Surface - Ponding was observed on the top of second winter <br />pad and at the flare station. Continuation of an AC from last month. <br />a. Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />b. Grad%shall be established to sufficient slopes to account for future settlement of the fill surface. <br />4.- AC Title 27 CCR 20870 -Hazardous Wastes = Observed leaking -oil from refrigeration unit at the Transfer <br />Station building. No containment or absorbent._ being used until pointed by LEA. Continuation_of_an <br />AC from last month. Observed no labels on the containers containing hazardous wastes. <br />a. Provide additional training to raise levelofhandling and storing of hazardous wastes. <br />b. Label all containers with the starting day of collection of waste oil. <br />5. AC Title 27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance - Observed dirty conditions at the green waste area ground. <br />a.
