AC Title 27 CCR 20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control Erosion channels were observed on the <br />west side of module 4 , on the southwest corner of module 3, and at the north slope of module 1 and 2. <br />No exposure of waste was observed. Most of the erosion channels observed last month have been <br />repaired but some are still present. Continuation of an AC from last month. <br />a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />b. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />2. AC Title 27 CCR 20650 - Grading of Fill Surface - The top of modules 1 and 2 contained low spots which <br />will collect rain water. <br />a. Grade -the -area .to promote -lateral runoff of water -and -prevent future ponding. --- -- - <br />3. Violation Title 27 CCR 20800 - Dust Control Dusty conditions observed at the commercial side of the <br />transfer station building. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control measures <br />b. At this time, LEA is requiring facility to provide a written plan/response for dust control in the area <br />mentioned above. This plan/response must besubmitted toLEAwithin 30 days or by no later than <br />May 1, 2008. <br />4. AC _Title 27 CCR 20810_, Vector Control Observed overflow rodent..bait station.at.the public side of <br />transfer station building. <br />a. Reduce amount of bait. <br />b.
