AC Title 27 CCR 20800 - Dust Control Dusty conditions observed at the active face at time of inspection. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control. <br />2. AC Title 27 CCR 20650 Grading of Fill Surface - Top of module 1 and 2 contained low spots which will <br />collect rain water. <br />a. Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />3. AC Title 27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance - Ponding water was observed on the tipping floor at the <br />residential sideofthe transfer station. building. - - <br />a. Provide more adequate site maintenance. <br />Notes: <br />A. A winterization plan has not been submitted to the EHD. Submit to the EHD a winterization plan by <br />September 30, 2008. <br />B. Vegetation maintained at a minimum at entire landfill. <br />C. Measured two perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -3= 0.0% (all three probes), <br />SG -8= 0.0% (all three probes) <br />_D. The temperature of the green waste piles were 122 F and higher during several days. Last <br />inspection report recommend to add one column to the temperature log to indicate actions taken to <br />lower temperature. According to operator such form was provided to the contractor but there was no <br />evidence of using this form. Copy of the form was provided to the inspector during inspection. <br />E. Observed new sign at the recycling bin at the green wood area. Additional bin was provided for the <br />treated wood (Previous AC cleared). <br />F. Random Load Inspection Records were not fully completed. Be sure to fully document each working <br />day at Random Load Inspection records: <br />G.
