Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br /> b. Grades shall be established to sufficient slopes toaccountfor future settlement of the fill surface . - <br /> 2. AC Title 27 CCR 20750 Site Maintenance=Fire extinguisher at the commercial side of the transfer station <br /> building indicated no charge. <br /> a. Service/Replace fire extinguisher so as to be fully functioning. <br /> b. Station personnel shall properly maintain suppression equ pmetit. <br /> 3. AC Title 27 CCR 20921 -Gas Monitoring and Control -On September 15, 2008 San Joaquin County <br /> _Public Worms submitted to,the-EHD1k landfill,gas monitoringplan. - <br /> The EHD will maintain an AC on the inspection report until the plan is approved by the <br /> EHD, concurred in by the CIWMB, and fully implemented. <br /> Notes: <br /> A. The perimeter gas migration wells were not monitored during the routine inspection. The gas meter is <br /> in for service. <br /> B No litter observed-at,the northwest-comer-of the-landfill end-on-top-of module-4-(Previous'AC <br /> _cleared). <br /> C. Because of the weather and muddy conditions the top of modules 1 through 3 are not accessible. <br /> D.Records maintained and up to date. <br /> E.
