New sign posted at the primary entrance of the site indicating the name of the site operator, the <br />operator's phone number and hours of operation (previous AC cleared). <br />B. The erosion channels observed on the module 3 south slope, and on the west side of module 1 and 2 <br />during February 2007 inspection were repaired (previous AC cleared). <br />C. Small erosion channel observed at northwest corner of module 1. Fill in erosion. <br />D. Observed boring two holes 30 inches deep each at the both sides of water drainage pipe running down the <br />slope northeast corner of the module 1. No waste was observed. The pipe diameter is 8 inches which <br />leaves more than 12 inches of compacted earthen material between the solid waste and the pipe. In the future <br />this facility plans to run the drainage pipe on the top of landfill gas extraction pipe instead of underneath <br />(previous AC cleared). <br />E. Observed grinding operation at the green waste site east of module 4. Grinding log viewed upon request. <br />F. Measured several perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -1=0% (all three probes), SG - <br />2=0% (all three probes), and SG -10=0% (all three probes). <br />G. Horizontal leachate pipe was damaged due to dozer driving over it on west side of module 4. Operator <br />indicated that pipe would be fixed by the end of the week. <br />H. Waste tires are being stored on the wet ground. Use additional bin if needed to store waste tires. <br />Z Brown vegetation observed at north side of module 1 through 3.Check for leachate control. <br />d.
