Continuation of AC from the last <br />inspection. <br />F Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />X <br />20830 - Litter Control <br />Comments: Observed litter at the active face area and along the south side of transfer station building. Several litter control fences were <br />installed at the active face to prevent litter from being blown off site. No litter observed off site the property. <br />Remove litter. <br />Provide adequate measures to control litter from being blown off site. <br />X <br />20932 - Monitored Parameters <br />Comments: The installation of the new gas probes was completed in July 2009. No new gas probes were monitored during the most recent <br />perimeter gas monitoring. <br />All gas probes shall be monitored quarterly. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />A. Because of the weather and muddy conditions the top of modules 1 through 3 are not accessible. <br />B. Small erosion channels observed at the south slope of modules 1 &2 and at the east slope of module 4. <br />C. Observed overflow rodent bait station at the public side of transfer station building. <br />D. Operator shall continue to monitor the temperature of all green waste and wood piles in the green waste area. <br />E. Operator purchased a new bird cotrol devise. <br />F Measured two perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration:SG-9=0% (all three probes), SG -14=0% (all three probes). <br />G. Records maintained and up to date. <br />
