CalRecycle <br />Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) I <br />20615 - Supervision <br />Comments: No transfer station personnel observed at the commercial side of the transfer station building at time <br />of inspection. <br />- Transfer station personnel should be present at all time to guide traffic and to maintain load checking program. <br />X 120820 - Drainage/Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels were observed on the east side of module 4. No exposure of waste was observed. <br />- Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />- Provide adequate erosion control. <br />Notes: <br />A. The EHD has received first quarter 2010 perimeter and structure LFG monitoring report. Previous violation cleared. <br />B. The depression observed at the green waste area during last inspection was repaired. <br />C. Observed legend on the bottom of well SG -13. Fix the legend. <br />D. According to operator the shallow probe of well SG -16 was not functioned properly. Replace probe. <br />E. The sheep will be placed on site to control the vegetation. The sheep must be kept in areas not accessible by general <br />public. <br />F. Measured two perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SGA 0=0% (all three probes), SGA 3=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />G. Records maintained and up to date. <br />H. All other AC's cleared. <br />
