CalRecycle <br />Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION SD OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 16 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />I I x 120820 - Drainage/Erosion Control I <br />Comments: Erosion channels observed last month have been repaired, however, some erosion channels were <br />observed on the west side of module 4. Continuation of AC from the last inspection. <br />- Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />- Provide adequate erosion control. <br />20830 - Litter Control <br />Comments: Observed large amount of litter along the south side of Transfer Station building. <br />- Remove litter. <br />- Provide adequate measures to control litter from being blown off site. <br />Notes: <br />A. Some daylighting observed at the active face and at the west side of module 4. Provide adequate cover. <br />B. Observed overgrown vegetation on the top of modules 1&2 and on the west slope of module 4. Operator should <br />maintain the vegetation at a minimum so that site cover inspection could easily be conducted and to prevent surface fires <br />from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br />C. Random Load Inspection Records were not fully completed for May 17, 2010. Be sure to fully document each working <br />day at Random Load Inspection Records. <br />D. Two new depressions observed at the green waste area. Repair depressions. <br />E. Measured two perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -21=0% (all three probes), SG -22=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />F. Records maintained and up to date. <br />G. Previous AC cleared. <br />
