Some daylighting observed at the old active face. Provide adequate cover. At least 12 inches of compacted earthen <br />material shall be placed to control vectors, fires, odors, blowing litter and scavenging. <br />B. San Joaquin County Public Works completed installation of two additional perimeter (shallow probes only) monitoring <br />wells on the east side of the landfill (SG -16A and SG -16B). <br />The locations of wells SG -16, SG -16A, SGA 6B, SGA5 and SG -8 may not be accessible for inspection from the landfill <br />property during winter months. Build access roads to make it accessible at all time. <br />No legend observed on new wells SGA 6A and SGA 6B. Put legend on all wells. <br />C. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -16=0% (deep and intermediate probes), SG - <br />16A=0% (shallow probe) and SG -16B=0% (shallow probe). <br />D. Eye wash station at the west side of the transfer station building was not working properly. Repair/replace eye wash <br />station. <br />E. Records maintained and up to date. <br />F. Previous AC's cleared. <br />
