0 <br />CalRecycle <br />Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS MSPECTEO FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION W OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Notes: <br />A. The depression observed at the green waste area during last inspection was repaired (Previous AC cleared). <br />B. Section of fence at the east side of the landfill has been repaired/installed (Previous AC cleared). <br />C. Eye wash station at the west side of the transfer station building has been repaired. <br />D. Random Load Inspection Records were not fully completed. Be sure to fully document each working day at Random <br />Load Inspection Records. <br />E. The operator had submitted the as -built plan for the construction of the new gas probes. <br />F. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -19=0% (all three probes), SG -20=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />G. On July 25, 2010 landfill fire occurred at NCRC&SL. The fire was at the previous day working face which was covered <br />with Tarpomatic ADC tarps. The tarps were completely destroyed. Fire was put out by the Linden Fire Department. EHD <br />was notified. The incident was logged in the site's Special Occurrence Log. Operator will use the new tarps and dirt to <br />cover refuse. <br />
