Transfer station personnel should be present at all time to guide traffic and to maintain load checking program. <br />x <br />20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br />Comments: Ponding observed at the east side of modules 1 & 2 and at the green waste area from the recent <br />rain. <br />P. Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />20820 - Drainage/Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels were observed on the east side of module 4. <br />a. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />b. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />Inspection <br />Report Corn I ment s: <br />Notes: <br />A.
