The air cannon is not effective. <br />a. Provide adequate and effective bird control. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage/Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels observed last month have been repaired, however, some new erosion channels <br />were observed on the east side of modules 1 &2. <br />a. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />b. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -17=0% (all three probes), SG -18=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. Records maintained and up to date. <br />C. Previous AC's clear. <br />D. Vegetation maintained at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />E. Some daylighting observed at the active face. Provide adequate cover. <br />
