AC Title 27 CCR 20690 -Alternate Daily Cover - A manual tarp was used as ADC to cover the active <br />face from the previous day. Exposed solid waste was observed at the edge of tarps. <br />2. AC <br />a. Ensure all waste is completely covered daily. <br />b. Take measures to maintain tarps in good repair and adequately use themasADC. - <br />Title 27 CCR 20650 Grading of Fill Surface - The top of modules 1 and 2 still contained low <br />spots which will collect rain water. Mr. Maldonado, Facility Supervisor,is working on grading <br />surface. However,more grading is still needed at the east side. - <br />a. Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />b. Grades shall be established to provide sufficient slopes to accountfor future settlement ofthe-fill <br />sur -face. <br />A. Small erosion channels were observed on the northwest side of module 1 and 2. No exposure of of waste <br />was observed. Fill in erosion. <br />B. Southwest -ramp ofmo-dule-1-and 2--were-covered-with-12-incires-of compacted -earthen- material (previous — <br />AC .cleared). <br />C. On June 11,2007 landfill fire occurred at the active face. Two tarps used with Tarpomatic Machine <br />sustained significant damage. Those tarps willbe replaced with new ones.The incident was recorded <br />in the site's Special Occurrence Log. Copy of Incident Report was send to EHD. <br />D. San Joaquin County Public Works started investigation at the southeast slope of module l planning to add <br />more compacted earthen material to prevent future ponding. <br />E. Adequate dust control was observed ataccess roads at”"time of inspection. <br />F. 26 inches of soil were added to -cover -a -winter pad -at -the southwest, corner of module 1 and 2. - <br />G. No litter observed at time of inspection (previous AC cleared). <br />H.
