Repair depression. <br />x <br />20690 - Alternative Daily Cover <br />Comments: Manual tarps were used as ADC to cover the active face from the previous day. There were few <br />holes in the tarps. <br />a. Take measures to maintain tarp in good repair and adequately use them as ADC. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels observed last month have been repaired, however, new erosion channels were <br />observed on the west side of module 4. Continuation of AC from the last month. <br />a. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />b. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />x <br />20870 - Hazardous Wastes <br />Comments: Observed waste oil on the top of three uncapped 55 gal drums at the green waste area. <br />a. Remove oil from the top of 55 gal drums, capped containers and move containers to the designated <br />hazardous waste area. <br />b.
