An operational noise assessment <br /> including battery storage operational noise is provided in the enclosed noise technical assessment prepared by Dudek . <br /> Light and Glare <br /> Describe any on -site sources of light and /or glare that may result from the proposed project : <br /> Existing onsite light sources include the PG & E substation lighting . Low- elevation ( < 14400t ) , controlled security lighting would be <br /> installed at the primary access gate along Flood Road , the Project substation , and the entrance to the battery storage structure . <br /> Lighting would only be switched on when personnel enter the area through a manual activation ( switch ) .
