Lovelace Rd., Manteca) <br />ACTION: On September 1, 2021, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br />Site Approval No. PA-2000196 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br />must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $353.00. The 10-day appeal <br />period ends at 4:30 p.m. on September 11, 2021. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period <br />will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br />March 13, 2023).
