The followings were noted: <br />• This 1.26 acre lot consists of a 3 -bedroom single family residence. This property is served by septic and well. <br />• There are two septic permits on file. The septic system was installed on 03-13-1978. The septic system includes a 1,200 <br />gallon septic tank and three 80' leach lines.
